B2B digital publisher of the year title recognises online innovation by StrategicRISK and sister brands
Newsquest Specialist Media, publisher of StrategicRISK, GR, Insurance Times and other titles, has been named B2B digital publisher of the year by the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) in the UK.
The PPA’s citation recognised the company’s strong understanding and implementation of digital strategy over the past 12 months.
“They have clearly demonstrated touchpoint growth, excellent understanding of their audience, and sound commercial performance,” the citation stated. “Newsquest Specialist Media has worked extremely hard, making it a very worthy winner of the B2B Digital Publisher Of The Year award for 2013.”
Newquest’s managing director Tim Whitehouse said the award was recognition for the efforts of the company’s brand teams and central departments. “[They] allow us to serve valued audience groups with better content, interaction opportunities and commercial solutions,” he said.
Newsquest Specialist Media operates in the general insurance, international insurance, corporate risk management, institutional pensions and workplace benefits sectors. The company is a division of Newsquest Media Group, part of the Gannett Company.
