In October, StrategicRISK - in partnership with AXA XL - hosted a virtual roundtable discussion with risk professionals from across Asia Pacific.
The aim was to explore how gender diversity, and D&I more broadly, can benefit the risk management profession and how we can all set the right tone moving forwards, both within our organisations and across wider society.
We all know that it is the right thing to do to encourage greater diversity and inclusion in our organisations. But there is also a compelling business case.
Research consistently shows that more diverse organisations achieve better outcomes, while a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives can also make a big difference when it comes to influencing risk culture and decision-making.
So what is holding us back and how do we overcome these challenges?
